Dr. Dina AlHashimi believes a balance of chiropractic, exercise and nutrition are key elements for optimal health and wellness.
Dr. Dina has always had a passion for helping others, which sparked her interest in pursuing a career in chiropractic. She earned her chiropractic degree at D'Youville University in Buffalo, where she completed clinical rotations at the University of Buffalo Neurosurgery, Western New York Imaging, and Erie County Medical Center. Also, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry (Honours) from Brock University in St. Catharines.
Dr. Dina values the conservative therapy model of health care. She focuses on addressing the root cause of the complaint and caters to patients' needs. Dr. Dina is experienced in performing multiple chiropractic techniques, including spinal decompression (Flexion-Distraction), Diversified (traditional chiropractic adjustments), Thompson, and extremities manipulation.
Dr. Dina is a certified chiropractic sports practitioner (CCSP) by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP). She was one of the medical leads for rowing athletes during the Niagara Summer Games in 2022. Also, she has completed multiple postgraduate courses in Graston Technique (soft tissue therapy), clinical kinesiology taping, Webster Technique, McKenzie Method (Lumbar), and Functional Range Conditioning.
Dr. Dina enjoys treating patients from all walks of life and strives to provide the highest level of care.
